• Verifies payment sources are entered into EPM with appropriate case built (liability, work comp, etc.).
• Runs eligibility checks for insurances.
• Monitors lobby to keep wait times reasonable and informs patients of delays.
• Monitors lobby reading material and removes inappropriate content.
• Keeps lobby neat and clean throughout the day.
• Schedules and cancels appointments following protocols.
• Accurately processes and records payments with correct codes and issues receipts.
• Follows IDX Alert policy before scheduling and closes batch accurately; deposits daily.
