Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience within medical/insurance environment preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service

Aufgaben

• Verify demographics and perform a complete patient search to avoid duplicate patients.
• Provide questionnaires and/or appropriate forms to patients according to physician/provider protocols.
• Verify payment sources are entered into EPM and run eligibility checks.
• Monitor lobby to manage wait times and inform patients of delays.
• Keep lobby neat and clean throughout the day.
• Schedule and cancel appointments following protocols.
• Proportionately arrive and schedule appointments and run report sets as applicable.
• Collect payments using appropriate payment codes and issue receipts.
