Sentara Health Plans is hiring a full-time Patient Care Specialist to support multiple medical offices in the Virginia Peninsula. This float role requires coordinating appointments, answering inquiries, and delivering exceptional patient service across the Peninsula.

Requires HS Diploma; an Associate degree or higher is preferred. Candidates should have 3 years in customer service and 1 year in health insurance, medical records data, terminology, registration, or scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of Customer Service experience required.
• 1 year of experience with Health Insurance Plans, Medical Records Data, Medical Terminology, Registration, Scheduling, or Third Party Payers preferred.
• HS Diploma (Required); Associate level degree or higher may substitute for the required experience.
