Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance across multiple communities in the Tampa area.

This role involves traveling between properties, responding to repair requests, and maintaining equipment while upholding resident privacy and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Always show respect for residents and community staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance, as well as equipment maintenance as scheduled and requested.
• Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and breakdowns as well as any hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and receive proper authority before entering resident apartments.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
