Bell Partners is hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance across multiple communities within a designated market. The role travels between properties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.

The position requires basic maintenance skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems, with a commitment to safety, resident privacy, and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Always show respect for residents and community staff, providing excellent customer service
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance, as well as equipment maintenance as scheduled and requested
• Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff
• Report equipment malfunctions and breakdowns as well as any hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner
• Maintain resident privacy and receive proper authority before entering resident apartments
• Ensure that all maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries
• Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned
• Work with vendors as instructed, such as landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements
• Regular attendance and punctuality
