Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to travel between and perform maintenance at multiple properties within a designated market or region.

The role includes interior and exterior upkeep, preventative maintenance, and timely responses to resident requests. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Always show respect for residents and community staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance, as well as equipment maintenance as scheduled and requested.
• Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Work with vendors as instructed (landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.).
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
