Job summary

Richman Property Services is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance across multiple properties in the Tampa Bay area. The role requires independent work, basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repair skills, plus a valid driver’s license.

The position offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call weekends, travel reimbursement, career growth opportunities in FL, and an overall benefits package.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license required or strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple properties and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA and Clean Air Act compliance.
