Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance across multiple communities.

You will travel between properties within a designated market, handling painting, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs to support residents and staff. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely response to repair requests, with opportunities for career growth and a rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Align with Bell Core Values.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills.
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certs may be required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong customer service.
• Availability weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and community staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazards to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Keep maintenance items in safe areas to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
