• Ability to perform routine maintenance and service requests.
• Comfort with lifting, ladders, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, and preventative maintenance on units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues; maintain logs.
• Share on-call responsibility and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with leasing and maintenance staff; attend required training.
