Qualifications

• Must demonstrate safe use of standard hand and power tools.
• Able to lift heavy items and work on ladders/roofs.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, preventative maintenance to units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Share on-call responsibility.
• Maintain property logs and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
