Westover Companies is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to travel between Pennsylvania properties. The role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates will handle HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, perform preventive maintenance, and support leasing and maintenance teams. The position requires basic tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move items.

Competenze

• Own basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work on ladders/roofs safely.
• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude and alignment with Westover Companies values.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across units and common areas.
• Handle service requests, turnovers, and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain accurate preventative maintenance logs.
• Communicate effectively with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Share on-call responsibilities and maintain safety standards.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and keep a clean work area.
