The Westover Companies are seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support Pennsylvania properties. This role floats between sites as needed, handling routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for units and common areas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Experience with routine building maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine maintenance and respond to service requests for units and common areas.
• Assist with turnovers and preventive maintenance across multiple properties.
• Share on-call duties and communicate with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work environment.
• Attend in-house training and maintain property logs.
