Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated, permanent floating leasing support specialist to provide coverage across assigned properties within a designated market or portfolio. This role includes completing resident service requests, preparing apartments for move-ins, maintaining exterior areas, assisting with vendor management, and performing routine maintenance and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team delivering excellent customer service.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the “make-ready” process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties as assigned.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
