Job summary

Greystar is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to service our properties. You will handle resident requests, perform repairs, prepare units for move-ins, and help maintain grounds and common areas. The role requires tool proficiency, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism expected.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner, including appliances.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins through the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas cleanliness.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
