Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety policies and codes.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing and performs make-ready tasks.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; assists with painting and curb signage.
• Documents work accurately and tracks service requests for record-keeping.
• Assists in vendor coordination and inventory management.
