Stratum is seeking an experienced Floating Maintenance Technician II to deliver hands-on maintenance support across our portfolio. This role requires regular travel between properties and flexibility to cover different sites and schedules.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs, while coordinating with property teams and managers. A strong problem-solving approach and reliable transportation are essential for success in this on-site, full-time position.

Formación

• Three years of maintenance technician experience in residential or multifamily settings.
• Intermediate skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely use power tools, maintenance equipment, cleaning products, and chemicals.
• Strong organization, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with property teams, residents, vendors, and leadership.
• Availability to work the Tuesday-Saturday schedule and participate in on-call coverage.
• Ability to travel regularly between properties, including Salem, Sandy, and other locations as assigned.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Complete unit turnovers, resident service requests, and emergency maintenance repairs promptly.
• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall, painting, flooring, and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and propose practical repair solutions with minimal direction.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain building systems, equipment, and safety systems.
• Support cleanliness, grounds upkeep, and community appearance as needed.
• Maintain and test pools, pumps, and water chemistry when applicable.
