Job summary

Stratum LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician II to provide hands-on maintenance across our portfolio, handling routine repairs, turnovers, and resident requests with flexibility across sites. This role requires traveling between properties, coordinating with on-site teams, and participating in after-hours on-call.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance technician experience, preferably in residential or multifamily settings.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general building systems.
• Ability to safely use power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between properties and participate in on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turnovers, resident service requests, and emergency repairs promptly.
• Carry out intermediate maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify repairs, and complete work with minimal guidance.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain building systems.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager; document work and expenses.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
