Qualifications

• Experience with painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism and ability to use MS Office effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins using the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior areas, grounds, and common areas.
• Assist with vendor management and inspections of equipment.
