Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Floating Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations at assigned properties. You will manage repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, and lead preventative maintenance to maintain safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry per state guidelines.
• Conduct proactive preventive maintenance including siding, painting, and lighting.
• Maintain work order system ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours on-call duties.
• Mentor maintenance team and uphold Avenue5 risk management program.
• Coordinate with property manager and supervisor on issues.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections and unit turns.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and uniform policy.
