Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in Spokane, WA. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include touring prospects, processing renewals, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. Prior leasing experience is preferred, with strong customer service a must.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities for apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintain accurate records of traffic.
