You will develop leasing strategies, conduct tours, negotiate leases, and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels while coordinating screenings and events to attract and retain residents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years leasing and sales experience.
• Strong closing skills and creative problem solving.
• Customer service background 1–3 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to handle objections.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospects.
• Conduct market research on local rental trends and pricing.
• Coordinate and conduct property tours for prospects.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Oversee lease administration, including renewals and terminations.
• Manage advertising budgets and evaluate marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online/offline channels.
• Manage social media and resident engagement activities.
• Respond to reviews and organize monthly resident surveys.
• Weekly audits of ILS data for accuracy.
• Screen prospective residents with background checks and rental history.
• Organize promotional events, open houses, and community outreach.
• Build positive relationships with residents to drive retention.
