Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Texas is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals while optimizing occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will market properties, interact with prospective and current residents, and coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams.

The role requires at least one year of residential leasing/management experience, a high school diploma, and experience with Yardi or similar PMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management system.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments and process move-ins.
• Coordinate marketing plans, identify target markets and manage advertisements.
• Maintain resident files and ensure renewal paperwork is delivered timely.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and ensure move-in readiness.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
