Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
