Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing across the Braddock and Logan portfolio, traveling between Martinez and San Jose areas. The role requires strong customer service, sales and leasing skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to manage availability and lease data, conduct tours, screen applications, and coordinate move-ins.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; no prior leasing experience required.
• Incumbents must have licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies for concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow-up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
