Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing consultant experience in multifamily housing.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various properties to support leasing efforts.
• Present apartments to prospective residents persuasively and professionally.
• Market communities using digital platforms and advertising tools.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitor properties.
• Qualify prospective residents by income, needs, and rental history.
• Complete applications, leases, and related documents accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of each property's features and availability.
• Inspect units and grounds to ensure quality standards.
