Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Floating Leasing Manager to provide leadership across Portland/Vancouver metro communities. You will oversee on-site leasing teams, drive occupancy and revenue, and manage leasing activities, traffic, and documentation.

The role requires travel between sites and collaboration with regional leadership. Ideal candidates will have prior multifamily leasing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-family leasing experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi/One Site experience desired.
• Strong communication and lease documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site leasing team and manage leasing processes end-to-end.
• Review reports to identify and resolve leasing performance issues.
• Travel between properties in the Portland/Vancouver metro area as needed.
