SRG Residential, part of the SARES REGIS Group, seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant to support the Strata at Mission Bay in San Francisco. You will interview prospects, walk them through models, discuss floor plans, and guide them through the leasing process with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have sales and customer service experience.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses floor plans, locations, and lease terms.
• Qualifies prospective residents, verifies applications and related paperwork.
• Completes lease forms and collects deposits and fees.
• Introduces residents to apartment procedures and community rules.
• Promotes positive resident relations and delivers high-quality living experiences.
