Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the apartment community to ensure quality and expediency.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance activities; respond to emergencies.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain stocked maintenance shop and ensure safety standards.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and stakeholders.
