Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and liability concerns.
• Oversee maintenance, make-ready, preventative maintenance, and rehab projects to ensure quality and expeditious completion.
• Schedule, supervise and train maintenance staff; report progress to stakeholders.
• Be on-call for emergencies and respond to after-hours as required.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations and maintain safety standards.
