Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in multi-family communities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs and make-ready processes.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and schedule activities.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage make-ready, preventative maintenance and project work within budget.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
