Maxx Properties seeks a Floating Lead Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance across multiple communities in the Denver area. You will work from a set schedule, support turns and projects, and ensure quality, safety, and timely unit readiness.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience, strong repair skills, and a customer-service mindset when interacting with residents and teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns.
• Strong electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair skills.
• EPA Universal certification is highly preferred.
• Energetic, organized, and a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market readiness.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs.
• Assist with maintenance projects and grounds keeping.
• Support on-call emergency service as required.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure timely unit turnover.
