Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support multiple communities, drive the full sales cycle, and maintain operational excellence across locations. You will help stabilize occupancy, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and progress toward a Community Manager role.

You’ll travel between properties, engage with prospects and residents, and mentor onsite teams to sustain high performance and service standards. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial property management experience required.
• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned communities to provide coverage and operational support.
• Drive leasing and renewal processes with prospects and residents.
• Lead, mentor, and support onsite teams in sales, marketing, and customer service.
