The Franklin Group in Washington, DC Metro is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing activity across MD, DC, and VA. This non-exempt, hourly role requires LIHTC/HUD experience and excellent customer service to show and lease apartments.

You will assist applicants with rentals, manage show units, coordinate with property teams, ensure curb appeal, and help maintain marketing plans. Salary ranges from $16.49 to $24.73 per hour, with benefits including health, vision, and paid

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel between MD, DC, and VA.
