The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage reporting, move-ins and move-outs, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive customer relations attitude.
• Float to multiple properties.
• Greets prospective clients, show property and perform leasing duties.
• Handle phone calls from residents, vendors, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and resident retention.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports including rents and deposits.
