Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Floating Community Manager to support our Affordable San Antonio portfolio. The role travels to multiple communities, acting as a Community Manager when needed and training existing staff.

You will ensure high levels of resident service and effective day-to-day operations across properties. Under the Regional VP, you will coordinate property operations, maximize NOI, and promote a positive team environment while maintaining strong customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial performance of the property and work toward achieving budgeted NOI.
• Maximize cash flow by minimizing delinquencies, ensuring timely rent collection, and monitoring banking activities.
• Ensure Yardi data accuracy and timely leasing activity reporting.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and oversee annual operating budget with Accounting team.
• Review financial statements and prepare monthly variance reports.
• Oversee capital improvements, deferred maintenance and upgrade programs.
• Represent the property in court proceedings and manage vendor contracts and invoices.
