Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets and financial statements for the property.
• Set rent rates, ensure collections, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and coordinate communications with crews and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and maintain petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement including applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by handling complaints and service requests.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Hire, orient, train staff and manage performance per company policies.
• Foster strong owner relationships and report property performance.
