Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Floating Community Manager to join our team and provide operational leadership across Denver-area communities. The role involves stepping in during manager absences and ensuring consistent leasing and customer service standards while travel between properties is required.

You will support Community Managers and Regional Managers with day-to-day operations, supervise on-site staff, review reports, and help optimize occupancy, collections, and resident

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multifamily housing, hospitality, or similar.
• Ability to travel regularly between Denver communities, including occasional overnight stays.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving and communication skills.
• English communication proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary Community Manager coverage during absences, vacancies, leaves, and transitions.
• Assist with operational needs, special projects, and communities requiring additional support.
• Assess community needs and provide leadership and operational stability.
• Supervise onsite staff and maintain Peak Living's leasing standards and resident service.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support leasing, marketing, retention, and occupancy initiatives.
• Assist with leases and renewal rates in coordination with Regional Management.
• Monitor occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction; prepare reports.
