Job summary

Greystar seeks a Floating Assistant Community Manager to assist on-site managers across multiple residential properties. You will support leasing, operations, financials, and resident engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 1–3 years in property management or related fields, strong customer service, and the ability to learn community specifics quickly. Eligible for bonus programs and benefits as part of Greystar’s team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years of property management, sales, marketing or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of multiple properties to ensure policy compliance.
• Support resident relations and coordinate community events for engagement.
• Assist leasing processes, tours, applications and documentation.
• Support financial processes including rent collection and budget tracking.
• Handle administrative duties and support reports and presentations.
• Conduct property inspections and assist in safety/compliance efforts.
