Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to all health centers in region 2.
• Positive, optimistic, solution-focused attitude.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing duties.
• Maintain confidentiality with diplomacy and tact.
• Comfortable discussing sexuality, contraception, and pregnancy options.
• Attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Available mornings, evenings, weekends; own transport.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support clinician in delivering world-class healthcare.
• Provide excellent client-centered customer service; keep patient at center.
• Help meet productivity and revenue cycle goals.
• Work with center manager and clinician on efficient processes.
• Adhere to organizational and clinical standards and policies.
• Provide factual, non-biased patient information and education.
• Perform basic clinical tasks (BP, venipuncture, lab work, charting).
• Handle office tasks (reception, triage, stocking, filing, billing/coding, data entry).
