The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and be comfortable discussing sexual health topics.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable discussing sexuality, contraception and related topics.
• Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides and supports clinicians in delivering quality healthcare at the front desk.
• Provides excellent client-centered customer service; keeps the patient at the center of decisions.
• Participates in health center efforts to meet productivity and revenue goals.
• Supports efficient systems and processes in collaboration with center manager and clinician.
• Performs basic office tasks: reception, triage calls, filing, and data entry.
