Centerstone of Illinois is seeking a Client Access Representative to greet clients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and support a smooth front desk workflow. You will collect payments, manage records, and assist patients with empathy in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients; verify/update personal and insurance information.
• Schedule clinician appointments; verify client benefits and eligibility.
• Collect payments; issue receipts; maintain financial records.
• Handle appointment changes, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Answer calls; route inquiries and return messages as needed.
• Prepare and manage client health records for accuracy.
• Maintain waiting area appearance and organization.
• Use EMR system accurately and efficiently.
• Support service monitoring and quality improvement efforts.
• Assist clients and staff with empathy and professionalism.
