Job summary

Central City Concern seeks a part-time Client Access Specialist I to support a fast-paced clinic environment in Portland, OR. You will greet patients, help with registration, verify insurance, collect payments and schedule multiple provider appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of medical office/admin experience, or 2 years in high-volume public contact role.
• Clinical setting experience preferred.
• Must have CPR certification before start.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and provide information.
• Register and check-in patients for multiple providers.
• Verify insurance and collect payments/co-pays.
• Schedule appointments and arrange interpreters.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and data in Epic.
