Responsibilities include balancing cash, maintaining accurate records, and escalating account issues as needed. Travel between branches is required to cover staffing gaps and meet customer needs in a fast-paced banking environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or cash handling.
• Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with internet-based technology.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately per bank policy.
• Log complaints and escalate account services issues to resolution.
• Introduce customers to appropriate banking partners for further services.
• Support branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) and account updates.
• Comply with AML/KYC regulations and internal risk controls.
