Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening accounts, referring customers to partners, and supporting branch goals while adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus.
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Retail bank or related industry experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a range of customer services including transaction processing, account servicing, opening new accounts and referrals.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations.
• Identifies basic customer needs and generates referrals to partners and external vendors.
• Uses bank resources to resolve basic issues and escalates for further research when needed.
• Contributes to efficient branch operations by following policies, procedures and compliance directives.
• Supports the bank's strategic plan to grow retail banking and meet sales goals.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals through targeted activities and product recommendations.
• Pursues career development through training, coaching, and on-the-job learning.
