• At least one year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager.
• Knowledge of OneSite required

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and manage resident retention.
• Market the community and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Handle administrative and financial duties for the community.
• Act as community lead in the absence of the Property Manager.
