Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager for the Hampton Roads area to balance leasing apartments, drive resident retention, and oversee marketing and financial administration for the community. This role supports leadership in a fast-paced environment and acts when the Property Manager is unavailable.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in property management, knowledge of OneSite, and a high school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred.
• At least one year practical experience as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• Knowledge of OneSite required.

Responsibilities

• Balance leasing apartments, manage resident retention, and handle marketing for the community.
• Oversee administrative and financial responsibilities for the community.
• Serve as the on-site resource in the absence of the Property Manager.

Your Role as a Client Services Manager:
