Job summary

Rainey Property Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with general maintenance and capital projects. You will work with onsite teams to keep buildings, grounds and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, plus the ability to walk properties, lift up to 50 lbs, and respond to after-hours emergencies as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid EPA/Universal certification.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Complete projects and tasks accurately and on time.
• Walk the property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and accessibility.
• Respond to after-hours emergency on-call coverage as scheduled.
