StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily site operations across multiple locations in the Dallas area. You will be the first-line representative in the Store Manager’s absence, support revenue, occupancy, delinquency management, and guest service, and help keep facilities clean and secure.

You’ll interact with guests during challenging times, convert sales, process payments, sell merchandise and insurance, assist with truck rentals, and guide customers

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales experience.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Tech-savvy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rental process across locations.
• Convert sales and take payments.
• Sell merchandise and offer insurance.
• Assist with truck rentals at select sites.
