Job summary

UNC Health in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Central Staffing Office. The role covers Acute Care, Critical Care, and the Emergency Department with float responsibilities across multiple UNC Hospital locations.

Contract is full-time with 36 hours per week, night shifts, and a competitive benefits package including a Nursing Commitment Incentive Program. Applicants should have at least 3 years of inpatient hospital experience and NC RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Three years of inpatient hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care across Acute Care, Critical Care and ED Holding.
• Float between UNC Hospital locations and acuity levels as needed.
• Coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety.
