Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire or a compact state.
• Active BCLS and ACLS.
• Candidate adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess in-patients and obtain a bio-psycho-social history.
• Review tests and imaging results and report to physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and monitor for effects and adverse reactions.
• Document accurate data in the medical record and communicate needs to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment and follow safety policies.
